Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by SM Empire, located at 15 Saunders Avenue, Ardmore Road, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath, Ireland, N91 KP6E. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

SM Empire provides strategic consulting services including, but not limited to: SEO Strategy, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), E-commerce Consulting, Shopify and WordPress Design, and Personal Finance Consulting. The specific scope of each engagement is defined during the initial consultation and documented in a custom proposal shared with the client before work begins.

3. Pricing & Payment

All services start from €150 per month. Final pricing is determined on a per-project basis and communicated in the custom proposal. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice at the beginning of each billing cycle. We accept payments via bank transfer and Wise.

Failure to pay within 14 days of the invoice date may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

4. Client Obligations

The client agrees to provide timely access to necessary materials, accounts, and information required for the delivery of services. Delays in providing these may affect project timelines and deliverables.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client retains ownership of all deliverables produced specifically for their engagement, including reports, strategies, designs, and any custom code. SM Empire retains the right to use anonymized case studies and general methodologies developed during the engagement for marketing and educational purposes.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business data, financial information, strategies, and any other sensitive materials. This obligation survives the termination of the engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

SM Empire provides consulting advice and strategies based on industry best practices and experience. We do not guarantee specific results, as outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, client implementation, and third-party platform changes. Our total liability for any claim arising from the services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

10. Modifications

SM Empire reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
