Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Notice

Clients may cancel their engagement with SM Empire at any time by providing a minimum of 30 days' written notice. Cancellation requests must be sent via email to [email protected].

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis depending on when the cancellation occurs within the billing cycle:

• Cancellation before the billing cycle ends: If a client cancels before the current 30-day billing period has concluded, a partial refund will be issued for the remaining unused days in the cycle.
• Days already worked: No refund is issued for days of service that have already been delivered within the billing cycle. The refund covers only the remaining days.
• Completed billing cycle: If the full 30-day billing period has elapsed, no refund is applicable for that cycle.

3. How Refunds Are Calculated

Refunds are calculated as follows:

For example, if a client pays €150 on the 1st of the month and cancels on the 10th, the refund would be: €150 ÷ 30 × 20 = €100.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation confirmation. Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction (bank transfer or Wise).

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• • Work and deliverables already completed and delivered to the client
• • Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., software subscriptions, ad spend)
• • Days of service already rendered within the current billing period

6. Termination by SM Empire

SM Empire reserves the right to terminate an engagement if the client fails to provide required materials, breaches these terms, or fails to make timely payments. In such cases, no refund will be issued for the current billing period.
