1. Nature of Services

SM Empire provides digital consulting services delivered entirely online. Our services — including SEO Strategy, CRO Optimization, E-commerce Consulting, Shopify and WordPress Design, and Personal Finance Consulting — are delivered remotely. No physical goods are shipped.

2. How We Deliver

All services are delivered through the following channels:

• Weekly Reports — You receive detailed progress reports every week, covering the work completed, key metrics, and next steps.
• WhatsApp Communication — Ongoing communication and quick updates are handled via WhatsApp, ensuring you stay informed in real time.
• Monthly Google Meet Call — A dedicated video call each month to review progress, discuss strategy, and align on priorities for the upcoming period.

3. Deliverables

Depending on the service engaged, deliverables may include: SEO audits and keyword research reports, conversion optimization analyses, website designs and prototypes, e-commerce strategy documents, financial plans and budgeting frameworks, and ongoing performance dashboards. All deliverables are shared digitally via email or agreed-upon platforms.

4. Project Timelines

Project timelines are agreed upon during the initial consultation and documented in the custom proposal. SM Empire is committed to meeting all agreed deadlines. If delays occur due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify the client promptly and propose a revised timeline.

5. Service Start Date

Services begin upon confirmation of the custom proposal and receipt of the first payment. The client will be notified of the official start date and the schedule for reports and calls.
